River Raven Ashwagandha Tincture - 1oz

Handcrafted, tiny batch Ashwagandha tincture is made from roots grown on our Farm last Winter.

Ashwagandha is a powerful adaptogen. It builds energy, relieves stress, anxiety and helps ease insomnia, as well as sharpens focus and memory. Ashwagandha is said to enhance libido in women and sperm count in men.

Ingredients organically grown on our farm: fresh Ashwagandha root (Whithania somnifera), certified organic Vodka from Bluewater Distilling in Everett.

Take 1-3 droppers 1-3 times per day in water or hot tea.
